FAQ'S

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION/RESTAURANT?
Yes! We are located at 1950 Fremont Blvd. in Seaside, CA. Our previous location with our pizza truck in Monterey on Lighthouse Ave. is no longer open.


IS THERE INDOOR/OUTDOOR SEATING?
Indoor seating is available, sorry outdoor seating is not available. Sorry for the confusion, google has photos of our outdoor seating from our old location in Monterey.


WHY ARE YOU NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS?
We're closed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. We are primarily a wholesale producer of frozen pizza and not a traditional pizzeria; which is why we are open to the public only 4 days to per week. 


DO YOU OFFER ONLY FROZEN PIZZA AT YOUR STORE-FRONT?
No! We serve made-to-order fresh pizza hot out of the oven! We also have have our frozen Take & Heat frozen pizzas available in the freezer.  Again, the pizza you order is NOT from frozen!


HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER? PHONE ORDERING?
You may place your order in person, online, or by phone. Call us during our open hours at: 831-402-4305


CAN I SELECT MY PICKUP TIME IF I ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, you will be given the default earliest possible pickup time or you may schedule a desired pick up time for a future time. 


DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, we use a third party delivery service, Doordash. Delivery requests are can only be done if placing an online order. Delivery requests are not available when placing a pizza order via phone. 


ARE DRINKS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Yes, a wide variety of cold drinks. Alcoholic beverages not available.


ARE YOU A FRANCHISE?
We are not a part of a chain or a franchise. We are local Monterey residents; family owned and operated. 


DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE CATERING WITH YOUR PIZZA TRUCK?
Sorry, we no longer offer private catering events.

WHAT STYLE PIZZA DO YOU MAKE?

We have three styles. Our first style resembles a Neapolitan Style with a spin of a California Style Pizza. It's available in two sizes; Small 10" and Large 14".  The crust is super light fluffy and airy yet crunchy with our signature char crust like a Neapolitan pizza. Dough is dairy free and egg free. 

 

Our second style is a Square Pan Pizza. We created our own pizza style, it closely resembles a "Grandma Style and Sicilian Pizza" with a Detroit style crust. The crust has a caramelized crunch and is light not heavy. You will not have the "heavy" effect you have with other pizzas out there due to our multi day proofed dough. This is not a deep dish pizza. Dough is dairy free and egg free.

Our third style pizza is a Gluten Free Crust. Two styles available: Cauliflower Crust and Rice Flour crust. It is 10" round, thin cracker crust. Cauliflower crust is free of dairy and soy, does have eggs. Rice flour crust is free of dairy, soy, and eggs. 

 

 

DO YOU SELL PIZZA BY-THE-SLICE?
We are no longer open for lunch and pizza slices are no longer available. 


WHAT IS A SQUARE PIZZA? WHAT SIZE IS IT?

Our squared pizza is 12x12", it actually fits corner to corner in a pizza box! It features a fluffy yet thin crust that is crispy golden and caramelized on the edges.  It has hints of a Grandma Style Pizza with a combination of Detroit Pizza and a Sicilian Style Pizza.

One size:

Large 12x12" 12 Slices. Feeds 2-4 people.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

Yes, we have two very tasty gluten free style crust pizza. Pizza is 10" traditional round pizza, not squared. One size only. Cauliflower Crust and Rice Flour crust. It is 10" round, thin cracker crust. Cauliflower crust is free of dairy and soy, does have eggs. Rice flour crust is free of dairy, soy, and eggs. 

 

Please note that our gluten free crust is prepared in an environment with the high risk of gluten exposure.  We do not recommend it to customers with celiac disease or a severe wheat allergy as all pizzas are cooked in the same oven.  

 

Cauliflower Crust Ingredients: cauliflower, brown rice flour, rice flour, water, corn starch, tapioca starch, sunflower oil, egg, extra virgin oil, yeast, vinegar, salt.

Rice Flour Crust Ingredients: rice flour, water, potato starch, rice starch, tapioca starch, potato flour.

IS YOUR REGULAR CRUST MADE WITH EGGS?

Nope. Our regular pizza crust for both round and square pizzas is free of dairy and eggs. The gluten free cauliflower crust does have eggs.

DO ANY OF YOUR PIZZAS/TOPPINGS HAVE NUTS?

Nope. All of our pizzas are free of nuts. Our pesto sauce is also nut free.

 


HOW LONG DO YOUR PIZZAS TAKE TO PREPARE.
Our round pizzas bake in just 2 minutes in the oven. However, your order may take between 10-30 minutes depending on how busy we are, how many pizzas you are ordering, and how many pizzas are in order ahead of you.  Pizzas are made in the order that orders are received in person, by phone, and online.  Please be patient with our team, we are not a fast food restaurant. Please don't expect your pizza in 5 minutes as we operate like any any other pizzeria that gets busier during peak times.

CAN I ORDER A HALF AND HALF PIZZA?

Sorry, we do not offer half and half pizzas.

CAN I ORDER A PAR-BAKED PIZZA?

Want to buy your pizza today but want to eat it later? Order your pizza "Par-Bake" style. We will bake it to 90% so you can finish cooking it in your oven at home. The pizza will NOT be cut and it will come in a normal pizza box ready to be refrigerated or frozen (it will not be plastic shrink packaged).

PIZZA REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS - Home Oven

Preheat oven to 375F. Place (thawed) pizza directly on the rack (baking sheet not needed, but is recommended to avoid a cheesy mess if your pizza has been cut into slices). Heat for 7-10 mins (add 2 mins for a crispier crust) Keep an eye on it since oven type and temps can vary.

PIZZA REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS - Outdoor Grill

Preheat grill to 375F, close lid. Thaw pizza. Remove all packaging. Place pizza directly on the rack and close the lid. Check pizza and rotate the pizza after 5 minutes. Heat for 7-10 mins (add 2 mins for a crispier crust) Keep an eye on it since grill type and temps can vary.
